Doula Spirit Fund Fee Waiver 
2005 CONFERENCE FEE WAIVERS
DONA is excited to be able to offer once again full-conference early bird registration fee waivers to qualified applicants. If financial concerns will keep you from attending the 2005 DONA International Conference and you are a DONA member, you are invited to apply. A limited number of waivers are available.
All completed application packets must be received no later than May 15, 2005.
